Returns Policy

Any faulty items (you received a defective item) or unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please note all return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty) will be at expense of the customer. You should expect to receive your refund within 5 - 7 working days of us receiving the item(s) back.

Shipping

You will receive an email as soon as your order is on the way. We always aim to ship orders next day. Standard delivery can take 3 - 5 business days. Express shipping can take 1 - 2 business days once shipped.

International Orders

PLEASE NOTE: ALL orders are not our responsibility once handed to the courier. In the event of lost, missing or damaged international parcels, we are unable to provide a refund / replacement. We have a strict zero return policy due to hygiene. Depending on certain circumstances, please do get in touch so we can work with you in getting any issues resolved.
